Johnson & Johnson Business is recruiting a Sr Market Research Manager to leads insights and analytics work for a business pillar,





working closely with multifunctional team within an agile environment and being responsible to connect the dots and build strong storytelling to bring Consumers & Shoppers at the center of the discussion. He/she translates learnings into actionable recommendations that drive business growth. Key Responsibilities include: Understand business challenge and proactively identify how to better support team via Insights & Analytics and be able to influence a faster and fact-based decision-making process Be able to balance Human Insights and Advanced Analytics to bring solid recommendations to shape business strategy and improve execution, through compelling storytellings Identify new and agile ways (digital savvy) to bring consumer and shoppers at the center of the decision and have robust understanding of marker dynamics and competitors’ actions. Strong ability to Connects data from different sources (research, syndicated, digital tracking) to identify growth opportunities for the business. Develops and directs the execution of learning plans to support the marketing plans and identify growth opportunities/efficiencies. Support test & learn mindset by collaborating with business teams to design and track pilots or researches that could help validate models in an agile way. Manages and develops market research staff, fostering and championing a high-performance environment and culture of collaboration and innovation. Work together with local and regional teams, contributing with growth mindset to develop best innovation and communication for supported brands Qualifications BS degree is required. 3+ years of progressed experience in Market Research, preferably in a consumer marketing or manufacturing company. Technical market research in a range of quantitative, qualitative ad hoc research, that feed into the development of robust learning plans to drive strategy, innovation, communication and investment efficiencies Good understanding of customer and channel data as well as panel and marketing data, such as media, POS, brand health metrics and digital metrics. Demonstrated ability to understand, interpret, apply and translate advanced analytics to solve business issues. and communicate solutions/conclusions clearly and concisely; Data visualization skills are a must Excellent communication and the ability to collaborate successfully and build relationships with internal teams, suppliers and agencies is required. Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional and upper management to impact decision-making; Willingness to “have an opinion” and growth mindset backed up by insight and analytics and the confidence to influence key stakeholders in meetings and one to one basis. Experience in digitally advanced enterprises are preferred. Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, if required, and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of a new entity within New Consumer Health and your employment would be governed by New Consumer Health’s employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.
