Position Summary & Overview Would you like to be part of a dynamic scientific team that incorporates customer support, marketing, and sales? If yes, then this is the role for you! You will be responsible for LC-MS product demonstration, field application support, product/method develop, technical marketing content generation, among others.. Major Responsibilities Prepare and deliver customer demonstrations that show groundbreaking LC/MS products and workflows Perform application development directed at advancing cutting edge LC/MS and MS/MS in new market areas Find opportunities and support collaborations for the application of SCIEX technology Manage the demolab and all related-responsibilities such as: keep a record and management for the use of the controlled substances, diligent record and control of laboratory and regulatory documentation, application and conduction of the EHS programs, etc Assume the technical representation at the Chemistry Council (CRQ-IV) Work closely with the sales, marketing and applications teams do drive the strategy for improving sales and help maintain the installed base customer satisfaction and experience Provide post-sales support to existing customers Required Skills & Experience Bachelor Degree in Chemistry with active registration at the CRQ-IV. Masters or PhD degree is a plus Experience in instrumental analysis with expertise on sample preparation, analytical method development and data processing Experience with SCIEX LC-MS/MS systems is a plus Extensive sample preparation and strong chromatographic separation skills and experiences are needed Excellent presentation, communication and customer facing skills Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are required Up to 25% travel (or external activity) is required for this position When you join us, you'll also be joining Danaher's global organization, where 69,000 people wake up every day determined to help our customers win.
