Introduction Oracle Next Education (ONE) is a platform for low-income youth education and employment to foster technology studies and help them to get a position on the marketplace of the future. We’re looking for a passionate and talented person that will help us to take the ONE to the next level. This person will be responsible for all initiatives related to ensure new partnerships with contracting companies and boost more vacancies and contracted students.
Key Responsibilities Ensure alignment of the program's purpose with companies interested in partnerships; Represent ONE in presentations to potential partners; Facilitate the offer of job positions by partner companies in the student's profile; Create and manage area processes; Manage the team of volunteer ambassadors; Interlocution with other key areas; Interlocution with the Latin America team. Key Activities Conduct training for volunteer ambassadors; Make presentations to potential partners; Manage the progress of partnerships; Manage and monitor the vacancies offered by contracting companies; Monitor the evolution of students in the selection processes for vacancies offered; Create and ensure a transparent flow of project results with partner companies; Participate in recurring meetings with other program fronts and with Brazil team. Preferred Qualifications Experience in sales, commercial area or partnerships with companies; Be interested in topics such as: ESG, diversity and inclusion, social business or Voluntary Sector background; Connection with our company values: Startup Spirit, Passionate People, Behave like Owners, Face the Truth, Live for Excellence, Customer Obsession; Knowledge of the education, intrapreneurship. Experience in strategy, planning, and execution of integrated campaigns/activities across teams; Ability to rapidly learn, internalize and leverage program information is essential; Ideal personality traits - Driven, proactive, creative, team player, enthusiastic, able to work under pressure and results orientated; Flexible and able to shift strategies and tactics when required; A keen attention to detail is highly preferred. Development of communication programs to promote Oracle's products & services. Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns. Assist with planning and management of pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Manage standard / moderately complex advertising campaigns and arrange sign off with country / regional management. Anticipate problems when dealing with relatively complex projects, propose and develop business driven solutions to overcome them. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Provide support to others managing partner advertising. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness. Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. 2 years relevant experience. A proven track record in advertising across geography, two years experience, within a reputable global agency or major industry company.
