- Ensure CD (customer development) Regional Roadmap (FIRST) is being executed with a clear Governance and tracking both locally and regionally.

- Partner with RGM (revenue management) and e-commerce leaders to drive CD Roadmap (FIRST) in LATAM.

- Develop LATAM Shopper Strategy and action plans to meet objectives with strong focus on Perfect Store Execution and Health & Wellness.

- Develop initiatives to influence the Shopper “mindset” within the CD and Mkt organization to drive business decisions and growth through Strong Category Story Telling.

- Provide shopper expertise and develop tools and methodologies to expand shopper solutions and category management knowledge across the region.

- Empower the leadership (CD Local Teams and Franchise teams) with “path to purchase” methodology´s knowledge and usage.

- Coordinate of Regional and Global customers governance and plans in the region.

- Co-lead, with Regional Franchise and global shopper teams, the shopper toolkits development (Category sell in story, In-Store visual identity, Executional toolkits) and be responsible for the regional content customization and deployment to the local CD and Mkt teams.

- Work with Regional Franchise on key innovation projects to provide Shopper inputs through the processes (ensuring CVE concept is embedded since the beginning of the process).

- Work close to CBI (Consumer Business Insights) team to develop and identify shopper insights and ways to maximize it in the region.


- Experience on Sales, shopper marketing, category management and customer management.

- People development / training skills, as well as a deep knowledge on how to drive execution is a must.

- Experience on leading, coordinating and / or influencing internal / external stakeholders, marketing and commercial leaders with strong influencing skills in Global and Regional Customer forums.

- Fluent Portuguese and English are mandatory, Spanish is desired

- Availability to live in São Paulo - Brazil.
