About our team:
The Business Security International (BSI) is the team accountable for keeping the company's financial health and to moderate user actions within our platform. Among our everyday challenges, we have to find business threats, manage risks, design new business policies, prevent fraud attacks and fight against abusive behaviours (people cheating the platform and/or our users). Thus BSI team plays an important role on the user's experience and on the overall business results.Our company is growing at a fast pace, and the BSI team is responsible to support the whole LATAM operations, including not only mobility services but also new business demands.
About the position:
The BSI data analyst is responsible for figuring out valuable insights among huge and complex datasets. Our job is to help the company to take the best decisions by creating data products, such as: dashboards, management reports, statistical analysis and predictive models. It will require a great capability to: collect, handle and interpret the data, present your findings to the company leaders and then design and execute action plans.

Support decision making through the use of advanced analytical skills and tools;
Develop comprehensive analytical solutions to support our key business partners;
Use a data driven approach to diagnose issues, design action plans and solve problems;
Communicate business results and insights clearly.
Requirements to apply (Must have):
Strong analytical and technical background;
Experience building business reports and data-visualization dashboards;
Good communication skills, both oral and written;
Team Player: partner-up, support and guide naturally;
Goal oriented mindset with hands on approach;
Storytelling with a data-driven focus;
Tech savvy: SQL, R or python, Git, ETL tools;
Bonus Points (Nice to have)
Data Warehouse: Hadoop, Spark and HiveOpen source visualization tools and frameworks (Plotly, D3.js, Apache Superset, Metabase, Redash)
