Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Field Marketing Professional, you’ll build market engagement plans in a geography to drive business pipeline and revenue objectives based on a deep understanding of clients and the local market.

Your primary responsibilities include:





Design and execute local marketing and communications plans to support go-to-market strategies.

Leverage knowledge of multiple tactics and marketing and communications activities in your plans, including live or virtual events, brand recognition, social media marketing, digital and email lead generation activities, and channel/partner marketing.

Brief, enable and collaborate with Sales, Clients, IBM Partners and/or internal stakeholders.

Measure, analyze, and report on the impact of marketing and communications activities.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise• Prior experience building complex, high-tech marketing strategies and demand-generation initiatives through modern marketing tactics.

This includes campaign planning, execution, and attribution.• Business and results-oriented, with experience in building marketing and business strategies to drive growth.• Data-driven and analytical in a highly competitive market,





being able to analyze and determine focus and opportunity areas to drive plans to commit to objectives based on results.• Growth Mindset in a highly growing tech market, thinking out of the box to create demand and accelerate business outcomes.• Strong relationship skills – abilities to negotiate to execute in a complex and matrix organization.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to influence cross-functional teams both internally and externally to drive breakthrough innovation.• Strong program management experience.• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agile marketing environment.• Advanced English.







Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise• Experience in field marketing or B2B tech marketing roles.• Understanding data-driven technologies, including AI, machine learning, and cloud solutions.• Experience managing and executing Tech industry events and conferences.
