What You'll Be Doing:Content Creation Tasks:Develop and execute thumb-stopping video content strategies that make viewers say "Wow!"Create and edit high-quality videos for multiple brands across various platformsCraft engaging social media content that turns casual scrollers into loyal followersWork harmoniously with other departments to align our content efforts with our grand company goalsAnalyze data like a digital detective to track content performance and make magic happenStay on the pulse of social media trends, adopting the coolest practices before they become mainstreamEdit podcast episodes and repurpose podcast content into short-form content for social mediaStrategic and Analytical Tasks:Research and conduct benchmarking for inspiration,
keeping our content fresh and innovativeCraft ingenious content strategies alongside clients to hit their targets and make their dreams come truePlan and execute content campaigns that are more captivating than a viral TikTok danceChannel your inner data wizard to create and analyze organic performance reportsCollaborate with marketing minds to ensure content aligns with overall brand strategiesBe the storyteller, providing our customer success team with regular updates on content wins and viral victoriesManage social media profiles (scheduling, posting, answering comments, updating profiles, etc.) Requirements:Proven experience as a Video Editor/Content Creator or in a similar role that showcases your visual storytelling prowessA bachelor's degree in film, digital media,
or a related field is preferred.
