- Financial Reporting : Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting : Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Accounting Oversight : Supervise and review all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
Oversight of the statutory / management reporting compliance, ensuring that all accounting, audit, tax, and other filings are completed, accurately and timely.
- Compliance and Controls :
Implement and monitor financial policies and procedures.
- Financial Analysis : Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Team Leadership : Manage and mentor the finance team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Process Improvement : Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Experiências e qualificações :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior accounting or finance role in Freight Forwarder, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting,
and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English
