The primary mission of this position is to deliver engineering and digital marketing capabilities and products, implement differentiated technologies and support business operations to enable IPC Segment business growth.

In this role, you will:







- Owns all aspects of Marketing/Consumer facing data & technology for the IPC segment which includes:

- Lead the development and execution of the CX and Marketing Tech Strategy in support of IPC Segment
- Accountable for web, eCommerce, mobile app, and other digital experience product delivery, technical operations, and marketing operations including CRM, service, product information management, digital asset management, content distribution and syndication, social care and engagement, media and ad tech, measurement and reporting, and data management.
- Develop SBP and Technology investment plans and activation for IPC Segment, including budgeting, forecasting, business case development and realization, business outcome identification, business adoption plans, resourcing plans
- Business Enablement: Partner with other business units, regions, and business stakeholders to maximize globalization, scalability and overall TCO
- Acts as a disruptive change agent focused on transformation for today and tomorrow.

and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

- 10+ years demonstrable strategic impact and technology delivery in digital marketing technology and operations within an innovative and highly agile customer environment; Experience working in CPG industry
- Exceptional ability to build cross-functional relationships with Senior Leaders and diverse teams including the business stakeholders and internal DTS organization
- Hands-on experience driving definition and enablement of business capability and technology strategies and roadmaps
- At least 3 years of experience leading projects using Agile Methodologies; Relevant finance/P&L; understanding
