THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Sales Planning & Strategy Manager to our Global Sales Operations team in São Paulo, Brazil!

The Wellhub Revenue Strategy and Operations team is looking for a Client Sales Operations Manager to partner with our Sales leadership across the Globe (Brazil, Spanish speaking Latam, US and Europe) to drive efficiency and sustainably grow our business. You will be responsible for (i) executing and scaling day-to-day operations processes (e.g. defining OKRs, tracking performance, driving forecasting, creating reports, reporting business results, etc), (ii) defining and executing the foundations of sales operations (e.g. building territories, setting targets, optimizing book of accounts, planning (budget), etc), (iii) managing variable compensation model, targets and attainment.
YOUR IMPACT

As an individual contributor, establish working relationships with business leaders and other cross-functional teams;






Monitor metrics and proactively bring insights to the Sales leadership team. Highlight best-performing regions and identify drivers behind over and under-performance;
Develop data-driven decisions on topics including: forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement, sales incentive design, and product mix analysis;
Play a pivotal role in our annual strategic planning process by making recommendations in areas such as go-to-market strategy, how to restructure/grow teams, and improve rep productivity;
Manage sales tools to foster a more structured management of Wellhub commercial activities;
Get your hands dirty in the data but also step up to own sales strategy and planning.

WHO YOU ARE

Previous relevant work experience in Sales Operations and/or at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company or comparable experience;
Fluent in English, as you will be working with international stakeholders across all regions;
Experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses;
Able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership;
Proactive: capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations;
A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds,





and working styles;
Familiarity with SQL and/or Python will be a plus;
Excited about Wellhub.

For this specific role, please note that prior experience in sales operations & planning, ability to analyze data and generate insights and fluent English are mandatory requirements.
