About the job (This is a remote position)We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team.
You will act as a liaison between your assigned customers and the Operations team to ensure a high quality experience while building and maintaining strong relationships. Previous experience as an Account Manager is a must. Courier or call-center experience is a plus. Delivery driver experience is a plus.
Available shift isMonday - Friday 9am-6pm (EST)
Notes- This position is remote- Proficiency in English is a must- Candidates must be able to work in the Eastern Time Zone (EST)
