You'll work with ourincredible clients in one of two ways : - Team Augmentation : Youwill integrate yourself directly into our client's team and workalongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
- Design & Build : You will work on a FullStack product team tobuild and deliver a product to our clients. What We're Looking For : - 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Proven experiencein implementing essential checkpoints, ensuring the validation oftask completion among developers. - Proven experience inunderstanding the development environment and knowing how tosuccessfully track tasks / tickets.
- Advanced English is required.
-Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required. -Extensive background in team Leadership.
- High experience aligningthe project's objectives with the overall strategic goals of theorganization. - Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
- Abilityto identify with the goals of FullStack's clients, and dedicateyourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make tothem.
- An understanding of best practices and a commitment tofollowing them. - Ability to work through new and difficult issuesand contribute to libraries as needed.
A positive mindset and acan-do attitude. - Forensic attention to detail. - Ability toconsistently work 40 hours per week.
