You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways : - TeamAugmentation : You will integrate yourself directly into ourclient's team and work alongside their existing designers andengineers on a daily basis.
- Design & Build : You will work ona FullStack Labs product team to build and deliver a product to ourclients. What We're Looking For : - 3+ years of experience as asoftware engineer shipping high-quality code across the entire techstack (frontend and backend).
- Successful completion of afour-year college degree is required. - Advanced English isrequired. - Solid experience working with Node.
js. - Expertiseworking with Next.js and React.js.
- Experience with the tools tobuild scalable web applications. - Familiarity with GraphQL ApolloClient.
- Proficiency working on Agile / Scrum teams. - Solidexperience working with Postgresql database. - Expertise workingwith Prisma (ORM).
- Successful product delivery track recordthrough collaboration with tech leads and engineering managers. -Experience collaborating with engineers to design architecture,data models, and business logic of products from the ground up.
- Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients, anddedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and yourteam make to them.
- An understanding of best practices and acommitment to following them. - Ability to work through new anddifficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
- Apositive mindset and a can-do attitude. - Forensic attention todetail. - Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
