Your missionYou will be part of our team of Account Managers, and your mission will be to manage our main client accounts. You will develop strategies to maintain long-term relationships and work to keep strong connections with the management teams. In collaboration with the team of didactic experts, you will design a support and training plan that ensures the success of Innovamat in the school.Your day to day at Innovamat With the schools that haven't collaborated with Innovamat yet:Drive the sales process with non-collaborating schools from initial contact to successful closure.Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders throughout the sales journey.Lead negotiations and oversee deal finalization,





including procurement processes.Assist in identifying and defining essential KPIs for the company's success in the Mexican market.Collaborate with the Country Manager to develop a comprehensive business strategy tailored to the Mexican educational landscape, considering regional variations.Identify and engage with pivotal figures within the educational ecosystem.Establish and nurture meaningful connections with school leaders and networks.Conduct compelling presentations, product demonstrations, manage expectations, and negotiate terms effectively.Act as a representative of Innovamat at educational events both domestically and internationally.Inspire enthusiasm and affinity for Innovamat's offerings within educational institutions.With the schools that collaborate with Innovamat:You will meet with the leadership teams of your assigned schools,





focusing on fostering and enhancing the relationship while continuously implementing the professional development plan.You will interpret the needs of current and potential clients.You will coordinate with Customer Success and Sales teams to improve and provide new solutions to the challenges that may arise on a day-to-day basis.You will hold control meetings with the team of didactic experts who will be responsible for actioning the most didactic actions in the classroom with the teachers.You will attend internal training sessions in mathematics didactics, events or fairs in the education sector, commercial relations, etc.You will manage and document in our CRM (Salesforce).You will be part of an agile team characterized by co-responsibility and interdependence.What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in a quantitative (Math, Physics, Engineering) or business field (Business Administration, International Relations,





etc.)Passionate about learning and making a social impact.An ability to take any problem, deep-dive, reveal root cause, draft improvement solutions and take action.Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.Hands-on attitude: making things happen!A true team player with amazing interpersonal skills, drive, coachability, and resilience.It will be great if…You are familiar with the education sector.You have previous experience in managing B2B Deals, implementing strategic plans as part of a process improvement and customer relations.You are interested in the business ecosystem, startups, and dynamic teams.About our company Mission:
