We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing Projects Manager/Executive Assistant . This hybrid role will assist the Head of Marketing in executing day-to-day responsibilities, managing key marketing initiatives, and ensuring the smooth flow of communications within the team and with external stakeholders.

Executive Assistance to Head of Marketing :
- Manage the Head of Marketing's calendar, including scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and coordinating events.
- Act as a point of contact between the Head of Marketing and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and documents for meetings and conferences.
Marketing Project Management :
- Oversee the implementation of marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring they align with business goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, сommunity, social media, etc.) to coordinate deliverables for campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
- Track the progress of projects, manage timelines, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for marketing activities.
Communications & Coordination :
- Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners for marketing collaborations, media, and event planning.
- Prepare regular status reports for ongoing projects and activities.
- Organize and facilitate cross-team communications to keep marketing operations aligned with the company's broader objectives.
Data & Analytics :
- Assist in compiling and analyzing marketing data to assess the success of campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on performance metrics to optimize future marketing efforts.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project management, marketing, or as an executive assistant.
- Strong English skills
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media, SEO, email marketing, etc.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello)
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
