THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for seniorprofessionals to join our Commercial Team,

The Channel Partner Director is a senior-level positionresponsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance ofindirect sales channels.

This role involves strategic planning,relationship building, and managing various stakeholders to ensurethe achievement of sales targets and organizational goals.

Theideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills,strategic thinking, and the ability to set and manage prioritieseffectively.

YOUR IMPACT - Training and Empowerment : Provideongoing training through workshops, seminars, webinars, andtraining materials to ensure channel partners are well-versed incompany products, services, and sales strategies.

- Sales Support : Directly support channel partners' sales teams by assisting in thedevelopment of effective sales strategies, preparation of businessproposals, addressing technical inquiries, and managing customerobjections.






- Joint Marketing Campaign Development : Collaboratewith channel partners to design and execute joint marketingcampaigns, including promotional events, email marketing campaigns,and paid advertisements, to enhance market visibility and customerengagement.
- Lead Generation : Assist channel partners ingenerating qualified leads by providing access to contact lists,implementing inbound marketing strategies, and participating innetworking events to foster new business opportunities.
- Performance Analysis and Feedback : Monitor and evaluate theperformance of channel partners' sales initiatives, analyzingmetrics such as conversion rates and revenue generated.

Provideconstructive feedback to optimize results and enhance saleseffectiveness. - Customer Relationship Management :





Actively engagein meetings and negotiations with end customers alongside channelpartners to build and maintain strong relationships, ensuringcustomer satisfaction and successful deal closures.

- PartnerDevelopment : Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships withintermediaries to expand the distribution network and increasemarket reach for the company's products.
- Channel Strategy : Develop strategic plans to maximize the efficiency andeffectiveness of indirect channels, aligning strategies withcompany growth objectives to optimize market penetration and salesperformance.

WHO YOUARE - Proven experience in Channel Management (indirectsales / partnership development) in a leadership role. - Strongunderstanding of sales processes, partner ecosystem, anddistribution networks.

- Excellent interpersonal and communicationskills to effectively manage partner relationships. - Strategicthinking and ability to develop and execute channel growth plans.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt tochanging market conditions.
- Leadership qualities to motivate andmanage a team focused on channel success. - Fluent in English.
